At Mozart, a division of Insurance Services Office, Inc. ("ISO"), we respect your privacy and value the trust and confidence you place in us. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy while you are using the Mozart Add-In for the Mozart Form Composer online application. (referred to as the "Add-In"). This Privacy Policy (referred to on this page as the "Policy") describes our commitment to your privacy. By using the Add-In, you acknowledge that you understand and expressly agree to this Policy and the End User Licensing Agreement.

Please note that this Policy addresses only Mozart privacy practices concerning information we collect from your use of the Add-In and not the privacy practices of other sites or add-ins.
Please carefully read this Policy prior to installation of the Add-In.
This Policy may change without prior notice to you. Please check back to review this Policy whenever you visit the Add-In, as you will be deemed to have read, understood, received notice of, and agreed to any changes. This Policy supersedes all previous statements or policies concerning Mozart’s collection of personal information by the Add-In.
The date of the last update to this Policy is always indicated near the top of the page. Any change in the date of this Policy since you last accessed the Add-In shall constitute notice to you that the Policy has changed since that visit. The last update to this Policy shall also be its effective date.
We collect your ISOnet username and password via the Add-In. The information collected is required to provide services and to operate the Add-In. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13.
We ask for and collect information in the following circumstances:
When You Download the Add-In
When you download the Add-In, you are required to use your ISOnet login to access the functionality of the
Add-In.
When You Contact Us
If you contact Mozart through the Add-In, you are referred to the ISO Customer Service Center. We may keep a
record
of that correspondence, which includes your e-mail address and any other information you provide to ISO.
We may use the information you provide or that we otherwise collect while you are using the Add-In to do the following:
We do not sell or otherwise disclose information we collect through our Add-In, except as described here. We may share information we collect through the Add-In with affiliates and service providers that perform services on our behalf. We do not authorize those service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.
In addition, we may disclose personal information about you (a) if we are required to do so by law or legal process (such as court order or subpoena), (b) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, (c) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or (d) in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity. We reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution, or liquidation). Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use personal information you have provided to us in a manner consistent with this Policy.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California consumer, we will disclose to you, upon your request, what personal information of yours
was shared with our third-party business partners within the immediately preceding calendar year (including
disclosing our partners’ names and addresses to you) if our partners used such information for their marketing
purposes. (See Section 7 of this Policy entitled, “How to Contact Us Regarding This Policy and Your California
Privacy
Rights.”)
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to disclose personal information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this
information is necessary to identify, contact, bring, or defend against legal action involving someone who may
be violating this Policy or who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or
unintentionally) Mozart’s rights or property, other Mozart users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such
activities. We may disclose or access account information for administrative or other purposes we deem necessary
to maintain or improve our products, services, or the operation of the App; for law enforcement purposes; or
when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use.
We offer you certain choices about how we communicate with you and what information we obtain from you. As required by applicable law, you may withdraw consent you previously provided to us. We will apply your preferences going forward. You may exercise these choices by advising us of your preference by contacting us as specified in Section 7 below. At any time, you may also object on legitimate grounds and free of charge to the processing of your personal information.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to and receive information about the information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your data, and have the information blocked or deleted, as appropriate. In some circumstances, local law requirements may limit the right to access information.
You may contact us as described in Section 7 below to update your preferences or submit other requests.

California Civil Code § 1798.83 also entitles residents of California to request information concerning third parties with which Mozart has shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California residents may submit one request per calendar year in the form of a report that details: (a) what types of information Mozart shared, (b) with whom Mozart shared such information, and (c) the nature of the third parties’ businesses.
